Installation of the A-C1 system

Executive summary

EMOD and SIAPA installed an electrolytic system in the water well of the SOLARES housing development that distributes chlorinated and potable water to users. The well has a daily flow of 17.4L / s.

Challenges

The well presented 3 very frequent problems that prompted the entity to change the traditional chemical treatment to EMOD.

1) Excessive consumption of chemical products

2) Complexity in the logistics for the delivery of dangerous chemicals

3) Uncontrolled process and out-of-standard parameters The equipment was intended to eliminate these 3 negative aspects.

Client Benefits

With the installation of the A-C1 equipment for the well, the use of sodium hypochlorite, and our storage and logistics benefits, water chemical parameters were placed in perfect balance. The residual chlorine parameters improved, as did operations and maintenance.

Results and Future Plans
Compared to similar methods, EMOD systems eliminate dangerous chemicals and save time and money. By using the EMOD systems helped solve common drinking water problems while providing substantial economic savings through fixing operating costs. The client was able to avoid buying more dangerous and expensive chemicals, which were replaced by the basic salt and electricity used by EMOD. This usage allowed the client to avoid economic fluctuations that external chemical providers would have created.

A-C2 system installation

PTAR Success Case

Vidanta Hotel Development

Executive Summary EMOD and Vidanta Hotel Development

reached an agreement to install an electrolytic system model A-C2 for the oxidation and disinfection stage of the

development sewage plant. This WWTP treats 3,000m3 per day, being one of the hotel complexes on the Riviera

Larger Maya, with more than 2,000 employees and more than 1,500 rooms.

Challenges

The WWTP presented 3 very frequent problems, which

prompted development to change chemical treatment

traditional to a novel one like the EMOD on-site generation.

1) Excessive consumption of chemicals

2) Risks of handling and dosing of chemicals

3) Chemical parameters outside the norm

The team wanted to eliminate these 3 negative aspects.

Benefits that the client got from the product

With the installation of the A-C2 equipment for the

WWTP, the use of chemicals, in addition to chemical parameters

of the water was regularized to remain in perfect balance. When using the equipment EMOD was able to have a process

automated and secure, since the system controlled dosing I save time and leave the installations free of hazards such as handling and use of hazardous chemicals.

Results and plans for the future.

By using the EMOD systems in addition to solving the most common problems, I achieve substantial financial savings,

setting the operating cost and thus achieving avoid buying dangerous chemicals and expensive, as the raw materials used

by EMOD are such commodities such as salt and electricity, thus avoiding a strong economic impact due to fluctuations in the dollar or for reasons external to the market.

Pool Success Case

Vidanta RM Complex

Executive Summary

EMOD and Vidanta reached an agreement to install electrolytic systems in all the pools of the hotel complex of Riviera Maya, being of particular interest the the largest pool in the development, which has more than 9,000m3, being one

uncovered pool, with a schedule without closing operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Challenges

The pool had 3 very frequent problems, which prompted Vidanta to change the traditional chemical treatment to a novel one as the on-site EMOD generation.

1) Excessive consumption of chemicals

2) Pool in poor visual condition

3) Very high Isocyanuric Acid level. Parameters chemicals out of the norm.

The equipment was intended to eliminate these 3 negative aspects in the pools.

Benefits that the client got from the product

With the installation of equipment A-C2 and A-C6 for the main pool was eliminated by complete the use of chemicals, in addition to chemical parameters of water are

regularized to be perfect balance and visual quality of the water improved to such a point does not present turbidity. The level of

Isocyanuric acid was reduced practically at 0ppm and the levels of chlorine are kept in the day of operation. Bathers no longer present complaints, they enjoy balanced water.

Results and plans for the future

By using the EMOD systems, in addition, to solve the most common problems in swimming pools, economic savings were achieved substantial, setting the operating cost and thus

managing to avoid buying more chemicals dangerous and expensive, as the raw materials used by EMOD are products basics such as salt and electricity, thus avoiding a strong economic impact due to fluctuations in the dollar or due to external market motives.

Installation 3 systems A-C2

Grupo Vidanta ProjectRiviera Nayarit

“Thanks to the installation of EMOD systems acid levels isocyanuric have lowered to the point of fulfilling
with the standards of international quality."

Executive Summary
EMOD reached a negotiation in the form of an equation for the installation of various electrolytic systems within the Vidanta hotel complex in Riviera Nayarit. In this case of success
the success story will be presented in the pool with the largest volume inside of the complex, being that of The Grand Mayan, having a volume total of 9500m3, same that every day is chemically treated.

Challenges
The Grand Mayan pool had several drawbacks, the 3 most recurrent were:

1) Chemical parameters outside the rule
2) High chemical consumption
3) excess labor

With the teams, it was intended to eliminate those 3 negatives in that pool.

Client Benefits

With the installation of the 3 A-C2 units, I completely eliminate the use of chemicals (pH adjusters, algaecides, brighteners, solid chlorine, etc.), in addition, the chemical parameters of the water are in perfect balance meeting all quality standards. It was reduced by more than 50% of staff time to maintain the pool.

Results and plans for the future
By making a contract with the development I manage to fix the price over 2 years, achieving with this that the hotel did not have
increases due to fluctuations in the dollar or an increase in raw materials of the chemicals used previously.

A-C1 system installation

PTAR Success Case
Hotel Valentin Imperial Maya

Executive Summary
EMOD and the Hotel Valentín Imperial Maya reached an agreement to install a model A-C1 electrolytic system for
the oxidation and disinfection stage of the hotel sewage plant. Is
WWTP treats 1,200m3 per day, being one of the most important hotels on the Riviera Maya.

Challenges

The WWTP presented 3 very frequent problems, which

Client Benefits
With the installation of the A-C1 equipment for the WWTP, the use of chemicals for disinfection and oxidation, also the chemical parameters of the water they were regularized to be a perfect
balance. When using the EMOD equipment, I have an automated process and safe, as the controlled dosage
by the system, I save time and leave the installation free of hazards such as handling and use of hazardous chemicals.

Results and plans for the future
